Response and Updates

What can I expect during my visit?

  1. When you first arrive, we will request you wear a mask while you wait in the lobby

  2. During each visit, patients fill out a COVID Screening form and get their temperature taken before entering the clinic

If you test positive for COVID-19 prior to your appointment, please do not come to the clinic. Give us a call as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment.

The San Luis Obispo Medical Clinic is open Monday – Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm, and is accepting new patients. We are offering both in-person and telemedicine visits. Telemedicine visits will be conducted via phone call or Zoom video conferencing. The front desk staff will assist in determining if an appointment should be in-person or via telemedicine.

The Vision Clinic is open. Appointments are required. To make an appointment, please call (805) 439-1797.
Our vision clinic is currently only seeing vaccinated patients.

The Dental Clinic is open, however providers are working through a lengthy list of appointments. New patients, please see our Dental Clinic page to review the necessary qualifications and fill out the relevant paperwork.

SLO Noor Foundation Clinics follow a COVID Prevention Plan to ensure the safety of our staff, volunteers and patients. Our COVID Prevention Plan is available for review upon request.
